Because this is a digital product, the following cases apply
Fair Use Policy (FUP)
To avoid violating FUP, it is recommended that large-traffic network behavior be done under a Wi-Fi environment. This includes uploading or downloading large files or pictures, watching movies, videos, or streaming, and playing mobile games. Social media is mainly composed of videos and photos; using it to a certain extent is equivalent to watching many videos. Please also turn off automatic update and backup functions, automatic playback on social media, and satellite-map navigation mode. Normal navigation mode is recommended.
After your trip
If you cannot use the plan upon arriving at the destination, please contact us immediately. We do not accept refunds after finishing your trip.
When a refund may be possible
If customer service judges the plan to be malfunctioning, we can help
Malfunction confirmed by support
If the plan has been activated, it can be refunded only when customer service judges it malfunctioned. If the plan status was not checked with customer service, it cannot be refunded.
Refund cap
The refund amount is limited to the consumption amount. Please do not ask for additional compensation such as affecting travel itinerary, work, or spiritual compensation. If there is any doubt, please consider before purchase.

Usage notes
Open network roaming to start using the internet.
Network speed will be affected by different factors: the relative position of the user and the transmitting station, the device hardware used, the number of users, and more.
Hotspot sharing will occupy bandwidth, and network speed will vary depending on the equipment and geographical location, so the minimum network speed is not guaranteed. Please note this before placing an order.
The quality of the network varies from place to place because the infrastructure of every country is different. DJB does not accept refunds caused by a bad reception area.
